AT Crew is a member of the Institute of Financial Accountants (IFA) and operates in accordance with IFA professional and ethical standards. Our obligations to clients are subject to applicable laws, regulations, and professional guidelines.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required for the preparation of accounts, tax returns, and other filings. AT Crew is not liable for errors, penalties, or interest charges resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

Fees and payment

Fees are agreed in the letter of engagement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. AT Crew reserves the right to suspend services for overdue payments and to charge the interest on the late payments in accordance with applicable legislation.

Limitation of liability

AT Crew is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services, to maximum extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement.
